All payments must be made by cash, certified funds (Cashier’s check or wired funds). Personal or Company checks must have a Bank Letter of Guarantee to Putman Auctioneers, Inc., unless previously approved by the office. A 10% Buyer’s premium and sales Tax is assessed to all items(Lots) purchased. Maximum Buyer’s fee is capped at $ 1,500 per lot. (NO DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS are accepted). All sales are final when awarded to the successful bidder. No Refunds or adjustments. All items are sold on an “As-is, where is” basis without warranty or guarantees expressed or implied.
